This photo was taken in Seal Cove, CBS, in front of our one-room school with a wooden floor. The ladies are there to scrub the floor, which was done three or four times a year. The school was taken down a few years ago. The ladies' names are on the back of the photo, and my mother was Eliza Morgan. The photo was taken around 1943. Keep up the good work on the Downhome magazine; it's the best on the market. I enjoy all the puzzles and stories and the letters, everything about it. Thanks again, Ron.
