Pasadena 2959 Lions Army cadet corps does Morale Booster packages for our NL troops in Afghanistan for Canada. The Pasadena cadet corps recently got involved in a project to collect/assemble and send Morale booster packages to our NL troops in Afghanistan for Canada day. All products were the result of direct donations of product or purchased through funds donated. As you can see the Downhome was one of the articles.The cadets, with help from Myer Minerals in Pasadena, came up with a "piece of Rock from the Rock" reminding soldiers to hold that rock tight and massage to feel a little closer to home, as well as Canada Dream Catchers to catch and destroy their bad dreams.
