This is the first time my family and I have travelled North of Deer Lake. We made a stop at The Arches Park. The kids, Nicholas and Meghan Pink, made their way to the top and had to pitch a few rocks into the ocean. I had to pass them rocks after they ran out. I have lived in Alberta for 16 years now, and though both kids were born there, they both call themselves Newfies. I love taking them back to my former home in Burgeo, N.L. and all over the province.
