The two children are my nephew and niece, twins Andrew and Abigail Bishop, of Tilton in Conception Bay. It was taken at their Kindergarten Graduation in June 2006. They are looking out over the Atlantic Ocean in Spaniard's Bay and are wondering if they will be able to do the same thing when they graduate from high school or if they will be graduating in another province as so many Newfoundlanders are forced to do.
