3 lbs pork side ribs
1 stalk celery, sliced
1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder and Worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup sweet and sour barbecue sauce
1/2 cup chicken and rib barbecue sauce

Cut pork into pieces, 2 to 3 ribs each. Place in large pot with enough water to cover completely. Add celery and spices to your taste. Boil for one hour and drain. Brush on sauces; place on a barbecue grill long enough for it to brown on both sides (turn couple of times). Serve with baked potatoes.
