1/2 lb bacon
2 medium onions
Tea Biscuit topping:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup butter
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 cup Nestlé Carnation milk
Arrange fish as a single layer in a greased baking dish. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry. Add sliced onions, mix well. When onions are transparent put over the fish as evenly as possible. Cover with foil and bake 400°F for 10 min.
Tea Biscuit Topping
Rub butter into flour and baking powder, mix in the salt and pepper, then add the Nestlé Carnation milk and make a soft dough. Roll to fit the pan. Remove the pan from the oven and put the dough over the fish. Put back in the oven until the biscuit is cooked, or 10-12 min.
