1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee
13 oz vodka [mickey or flask depends what province]
1 1/2 tbsp rum [optional]
2 tbsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients on stove in a large pot and bring to a slow boil [careful not to boil fully]. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and fill 40 oz bottle. Does not need to be kept in fridge and will last a long time.
