Wooden skewer sticks
Cut up roast pork into cubes, place it on skewers about 4 or 5 pieces. Place skewers on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with lemon juice until all skewers are coated. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and oregeno, turn skewers and repeat with seasoning salt and oregeno. Put oven on broil and put grate up to highest level on oven; put souvlaki in oven and cook for 10 min., then turn all the skewers and cook for another 10 min. Serve with rice (I like serving it with greek rice); see recipe.
