Dandelion Jelly

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: More than 15 Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
4 cups Dandelion ,
4-5 cups Water,
4 cups sugar,
1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
and 1 pouch Certo

Add dandelion petals in boiling water let stand a few minutes .Pour the liquid through cheesecloth or a strainer into a large metal saucepan. Add lime juice and sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil. Add Certo and bring again to a full rolling boil. Skim any foam off the top of the liquid, using a metal spoon.
Pour the jelly into Sterilize Jars
