Chicken Pot Pie Rice

2 cups instant white rice
2 cups water
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
3/4 cup frozen peas
3/4 cup frozen carrots
1/4 cup milk

Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Cook rice in water per directions on package. In a large bowl, mix together chicken, soup, sour cream, cheese, frozen vegetables, milk and cooked rice. Place in prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
