Microwave Chicken Noodle Soup

4 cups hot water
1 pound skinned chicken drumsticks (about 6)
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup thinly sliced celery
2 tsp instant chicken bouillon
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
1 cup uncooked noodles
2 cups frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)

1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
1 cup uncooked noodles
2 cups frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
Combine water, chicken, onion, celery, bouillon, salt, and poultry seasoning in 2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave (high) 20-25 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and set aside to cool. Add noodles and vegetables to broth. Cover. Microwave (high) 10-12 minutes or until noodles are tender. Cut chicken into pieces and add to soup. Simple but delicious. Serves 5.
