Buttermilk Blueberry Muffins

2 cups flour
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp grated lemon peel
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup blueberries
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup buttermilk

In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Gently fold in blueberries. In another bowl, combine yogurt and buttermilk. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in muffins comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before transferring muffins from tin to wire rack to cool completely.
