Death By Chocolate

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Sauce:
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Sauce:
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 cup cold water
Combine all ingredients above, except sauce ingredients, and place in an 8-inch square dish. Stir sauce ingredients together in a bowl and place over top. Bake 350°F for 30-35 minutes. This is good topped with vanilla ice cream.
