Partridgeberry-Orange Quick Bread

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 cup partridgeberries, fresh and frozen (if frozen, do not thaw)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp freshly grated orange zest
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp salad oil
3/4 granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 cup partridgeberries, fresh and frozen (if frozen, do not thaw)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp freshly grated orange zest
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp salad oil
Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in partridgeberries, nuts and zest. Combine egg, orange juice, and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350°F for 50 minutes or until done. Remove from pan to cool.
