Salmon Supper Casserole

2 cups cooked salmon, deboned and flaked
1 large onion, thinly sliced
4 med. potatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Spread half the salmon in a buttered casserole dish. Cover with thin slices of onion and a generous layer of sliced raw potatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper and rolled in flour. Repeat layers, then pour milk over top. Dot with butter. Bake at 400°F for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
