Cauliflower Polonaise

1 head cauliflower, cleaned and cut into florets
1 small onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup butter (or margarine)
1 cup bread crumbs
2 hard-boiled eggs, roughly chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Parboil cauliflower, drain and set aside. Grease a baking dish. Lightly sauté onion in butter; add bread crumbs and cook until crumbs are golden brown. Remove from heat and add chopped eggs. Toss cauliflower with mixture and season with salt & pepper. Bake at 325°F for about 20 min., until heated through.
