Marie William’s Pie Crust

1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup margarine
2 cups flour
1 cup cold water
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup shortening

Pinch of salt
Sift together all dry ingredients in large bowl and blend. Mix shortening and margarine together, then add to dry ingredients. Add cup of cold water to mix and knead until dough sticks together. Flour surface where you will be rolling out dough. Cut in 3 equal portions and roll out to size of pie crust pan. Add filling and cover with second rolled out crust. Bake at 425°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
