Potato Puff

2 cups mashed potatoes
2 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
dash alt and pepper

Combine mashed potatoes and melted butter until creamy. Add well beaten eggs, milk and seasonings. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 375°F until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
