2 cups flour
4 tbsp margarine
3 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted margarine

1/4 cup melted margarine
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Stir in milk. Knead 1/2 minute. Roll 1/4 inch thick and spread margarine on dough. Roll up like a jelly roll. Cut off 1 inch thick slices and place around edges of casserole. Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes or until biscuits are lightly browned.
