Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp vinegar
cheese

Boil potatoes and mash them. Add butter, milk and vinegar. Grate cheese and mix some of the cheese in with the potatoes and put the remaining cheese on top. Place in greased dish and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Do not cover.
