Stuffed BBQ Pork Chops
Difficulty: easy
Prep Time: Ten Minutes
Total Time: Under an hour
4 rib pork chops (about 1” to 1 1/4” thick)
3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup sweet onion, minced
Large pinch dry rosemary
Large pinch dry marjoram
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup sweet onion, minced
Large pinch dry rosemary
Large pinch dry marjoram
1/2 tsp salt
Slit the pork chops from the edge of the eye to the bone with a sharp knife, to make pockets for the stuffing. Combine breadcrumbs, butter, garlic, onion, rosemary, marjoram and salt. Fill the pockets with stuffing and use a skewer if necessary to close the pockets securely. Grill the pork chops over medium-high heat for 8-10 min. per side, turning several times, until the fat is crisp and the meat nicely browned.
