Three Cheese Ball
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley or sunflower nuts
Assorted crackers
Beat cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, until mixture is fluffy. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hrs., but not longer than 24 hrs. Shape cheese mixture into 1 large or 2 small balls or logs. Roll cheese ball/log in parsley or nuts. Place on serving platter, cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs. or until firm. Serve with crackers. Makes about 3 1/2 cups of spread.
