Strawberry Squares

Bottom:
1/2 cup graham wafer crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 egg white
Cream Cheese Filling:
1 pkg 250 g cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
Dash salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups prepared dessert topping (Cool Whip)
Strawberry Filling:
2 cups strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup graham wafer crumbs

1/3 cup melted butter
1 egg white
Cream Cheese Filling:
1 pkg 250 g cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
Dash salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups prepared dessert topping (Cool Whip)
Strawberry Filling:
2 cups strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup coconut
Bottom: Combine crumbs, sugar, butter & egg white. Bake 325°F for 12 minutes. Let cool. To make cream cheese filling mix ingredients together. Spread on graham wafer mixture. To make strawberry filling mix strawberries, sugar and cornstarch together. Bring to a boil for one minute. Let cool. Spread on cream cheese filling. Sprinkle coconut on top of strawberry filling.
