Christmas Pineapple Fruit Cake

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

3 eggs

1 3/4 cups flower

1 cup coconut

2 tsp. baking powder

1 can crushed pineapple

Pinch salt

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 lb. butter

1 lb. raisins

2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 lb. cherries

Cream together butter and sugar; add coconut and juice from crushed pineapple. Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and crushed pineapple. Beat until well-mixed. Pour into well-greased pan. Bake at 300 degrees F for one to one and a half hours until done.
