Bean Pot Casserole

1 pkg onion soup mix
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 can tomato beans (28 oz)
2 tbsps brown sugar
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
8-10 wieners, sliced
1/4 cup water

Combine all together in a 2-quart dish. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
