Stewed Fish

1 piece of fat back pork, cut into cubes
4 large potatoes, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 large piece fresh fish
1/4 cup flour
water

Fry out pork in a boiler. Remove scruchions. Wash and paper towel dry fish. Flour fish and add to boiler. Allow fish to brown on both sides. When fish is browned, add some water and chopped onion. Let cook for 30 minutes, then add potatoes and add enough water for potatoes to cook.
