Texas Style Chili

1 lb hamburger meat
2 cups onions, chopped
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground oregano
2 1/2 cups fat-free sodium-reduced beef broth
1 cup prepared salsa
2 cans (16 ozs each) pinto or red beans (drain and rinse)
1 cup chopped ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
2 cups onions, chopped

1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
Heat large saucepan and spray with Pam. Add hamburger meat, onions and garlic; cook for about 5 minutes, or until pinkness is gone. Sprinkle mixture with spices and mix well. Add broth and salsa, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer approximately 45 minutes. Stir in beans and simmer another 30 minutes, stir occasionally. Put into bowls and top with tomatoes and sour cream.
