Sweet and Sour Cod

Difficulty: medium Prep Time: Ten Minutes Total Time: Under an hour
4 cod filets about 5 oz each
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp ketchup
1 garlic clove, minced
1⁄4 tsp paprika

Mix together soya sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, ketchup, garlic and paprika. Pan fry fish and baste with the sauce. Bring to a light simmer and cook till tender. Serve with vegetables or side of choice. Makes 4 servings.
