Layla Billard visited her grandmother’s hometown of West Point last week on the southwest coast which was resettled in the early 1970s. She enjoyed a hour boat ride to get to West Point followed by a nice evening playing with toys and having a picnic overlooking the ocean.   Submitted By: Jenelle Billard
