Rose recently passed away. She was a dedicated reader born in Corner Brook, Newfoundland on August 21, 1922 to Andrew and Ethel Gillard. In 1948 she married Jack Hillier but Jack passed away in 1951. In 1954 she moved to Toronto and married Gerry Powell. Rose enjoyed life and will be missed.   Submitted By:…
