I’m enclosing a speech that was presented by Carla Brown of Rocky Rapids Alberta. Her parents are originally from Joe Batt’s Arm, NL and have been living in Alberta for 12 years now . Carla as spent summers visiting Newfoundland and when asked to write a speech in School, she wanted to write about Newfoundland…
