Greek Rice

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 cup butter
3 cups of white rice
4 t lbs of chicken soup base

Dice onion, dice green pepper, put into saucepan with 1 cup butter. Let simmer on low heat until onion is transparent. While this is simmering, cook rice; when this is done, mix togather the rice and onion and green pepper mixture into bowl. Then add chicken soup base, mix altogather and enjoy.
